Hello so recently my internet has been cutting out. I started to notice this today but according to my family, it started 2 days ago (I wasn't home in those days.) It was happening every 15 minutes or so until I pulled out the connections from my router and modem, plugged them back in and everything seemed fine. I called my ISP in case if anything was wrong and spoke to tech support about the issue. They told me to do some things which I followed including resetting my modem by holding in the reset button for 70 seconds. After the procedure, I was told to monitor my internet for the next 24 hours and contact them again if it happens. Ever since I followed those steps, the drops have kept happening and been happening every so often.

Just to give you an idea of how fast, while I was typing this up, it happened to me about 2-3 times. It's really bad.

I really don't want to trust my ISP first so I'm here now. I'm sure someone on this forums has dealt with this situation before

If you do not say your ISP name, we ca not provide any info or ecperience. It is not sensitive information. It is the same as saying "I have a Nvidia graphics card."
