Building my first gaming pc

So i have a budged of 2800 €

I have found a ultrawide screen for 800 €

So what do i need for playing games on +- 60 fps on the lg ultrawide screen. Please help me ! (Im from belgium btw)

A GTX 970/R9 390 will be able to do 1080p ultra wide, you might have to run high instead of max settings for demanding games. If it's 1440p then you'll need a GTX 980/R9 390X or above.
