I have been trying to get to the bottom of this issue for the past week. So last week I upgraded my PC from a gtx 670 to a 980, my corsair cx750 to an evga supernova 750w psu, i upgraded my WD Caviar blue to a Samsung 850 evo ssd and also got a new case( The fractal design define r5). Before my PC was running games with no issues other than getting low frame rates, now no matter what frame rate i am getting my gaming experience is not smooth, i get constant stutters, whenever i move the mouse the on screen imagry is jagged and slightly distorted and the in-game timing is slightly out of sync and the more i load on to the gpu the worse it gets. To attempt to fix this issue i have tried re-installing windows, swapping out my 980 for my old 670, changing my monitor, changing my HDMI lead, Re-installing drivers and nothing so far has fixed this issue and i am running out of ideas, please help.

okay now that thats readable, turn on VSync, What OS? Do a GPU benchmark and see if it thermal throttles, if so, Crack the side panel off, Oh and make sure the fan on the card is working

Also what brands 980?
