Windows 10 "Something Happened" Error!

Hello, my friend has a problem while installing windows 10. He has Windows 7 Home Premium. I tried to install windows 10 from a flash drive. I tried the fix that is going around with the language change but it still comes up with the same "Something Happened" error. Any help will be appreciated!
