Windows 10 Internet Connection Problem

Go to solution Solved by Rynell,

You might have to reinstall the drivers for your particular onboard LAN Ethernet Port.

Alright so I upgraded from Windows 8.1 home to Windows 10 home today (using the media creation tool from Microsoft website (64 bit))

Everything seems to be working fine except there's 1 major problem.

Whenever I restart my computer I'm unable to connect to the internet (via ethernet cable)

My router stays on and working, I am able to use wifi but my computer is stuck in "unidentified, limited connectivity, no internet access"

I have to completely shut down my computer and turn it on for it to have internet access.

Anyone else experiencing this problem or know why it could be occurring?
I've searched everywhere for an answer any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!!!
