Diablo lll Steelseries Mouse Problems

Hello, I have this mouse: http://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Diablo-III-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B005L38QK2

 

and I have had it for about one year and am now having issues with it being plugged in, yet disconnecting for a split second and then reconnecting specifically when I am playing BF4, and I think it is not the USB part but the mouse itself because if it moves just a bit it will disconnect, and windows makes the disconnect and reconnect sound, any thoughts?
