Need some help picking RAM for a server

Me and a friend are running a server, But we only have 4gb of RAM, We need atleast 8gb but preferibly 16gb.

It has to be DDR2 ECC memory, And it have to be able to ship to sweden.

Server Specs:

Dell Poweredge 2900

Dual Xeon 5130

Some stock RAM

Im not sure what motherboard it is, I have not been to my friends place to check it out.



I want to keep a budget of 50 bucks.

I have been thinking about these sticks, But the review which are the most voted doesnt seem too promising.
