Don't get that psu as it's not very good when compared to the competition. 

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

Use windows media creation tool

Super easy just plug in usb and away you go. You will need a key tho.

I wouldn't get that PSU especially if you are overclocking
