Are this temps safe?

The temps are fine, stock runs kinda hot, as long as they're 30 and under idle they should be fine

GTA V is also a VERY CPU heavy game

After playing GTA V GPU (R9 280X) temp 83C

                                CPU (I3 4150, stock cooling!) Temp 75C

 

 

Now is that safe temp but keep in mind in my country now is 37C... (It's summer...)

I would try to drop the GPU. Open the case or something. Stay under 80C. The CPU, dont worry!  :P
