Data migration stuck on 'processing, please wait... ' ASAP.

Im currently cloning my hdd to my intel ssd using the intel data migration software. I've restarted my computer as prompted and instead of showing a progress bar, like it should(based on other peoples experiences on youtube), a blue timer type icon has appeared in a window with the text next to it:'processing, please wait'. As far as i am aware it should not be doing this, also while i've been typing this on my phone the timer icon has frozen/the hand is no longer rotating. Can anyone help? I'm hesitant to reboot again because it is supposedly writing from my hard drive at the moment and i dont want to lose any data.

If your HDD is bad, it's probably struggling to read the data from one disk, to clone to the other

Its a 1tb hard drive bought last year. I've had under 200GB of stuff on it for nost of the time i've been using it. It currently only has 60GB on it so i could easily clone it to the 120GB ssd

Nevermind, i restarted it and hoped for the best. I went throught the same steps and before and its working now. Just an error i suppose.
