I'm going to be using this for streaming and gaming. Should I downgrade my processor a little and get a XFX Radeon R9 390 8GB Double Dissipation Black Edition Video Card? Yes I would like to be able to overclock my CPU and GPU. I would also like to try to keep my base total under $1,200 USD. I may consider water cooling if it's cheaper with better performance. Also I won't be getting an ssd at the moment. Also, I don't do Mail-in Rebates.

Hey Maihym,

The build looks very good and should run without any issues. I'd consider adding a SSD to it for shorter loading and boot times, more responsiveness and increased transfer speeds. Everything else seems pretty much ready to go. If you plan on adding it down the road, have in mind that it is advisable to do a fresh install rather than to clone a HDD to it and you'd have to reinstall everything. With that budget it is strongly suggested that you add one. :)

If this helped you, like and choose it as best answer - you might help someone else with the same issue. ^_^

Thanks, if I'm going to add an ssd later it's going to be a pure ssd storage. Like I'm not going to use an hdd at all and have like 2 1tb ssd's.
