Killer network manager troubles

Hello forim of LinusTechTiops, im calling for your help with the "fun" Killer Network Manger. I got mine from my Z97 Gaming 5 motherboard and it had been fine for a while, but now shes having problems. I mean, ive updated it, its the newest version but i have two problems, one bigger than the other but two problems.

1. The applications page doesnt show anything... Anything.... Even when i click show all applications. Ive enabled bandwith control bit ot just wont show them!

2. For some reason the thing will tell me that its off line or whatever and show a yellow lighnight bolt in the bottom right corner, but its not too much of a problem beucase then i just reset my computer

The bigger of the problem is #1 becuase ive been having lag in games and i think this may just be the reason its lagging...

If you know reasons why Tf2 will lag i could use some help there too
