Help me! Outlook Mac 15.11 Problem

So my Outlook for mac is having issues. For the suggested autofill for a new email, there are emails that are in there that are not in my contacts or my address book. Usually there is a Gray X next to the name and I can get rid of it, but for certain names it just says other and I can't delete it or find the location. How can I get rid of it and get the Gray X back.
