Corsair Link Power Efficiency

I recently got a Corsair AX760i and I am enjoying the Corsair link software but I noticed something odd.  

 

When idling my efficiency percentage is always 99% which cannot be right.

When under load though it runs more around where it should, ranging from around 86-93%

 

What are you guys running at idle on your corsair link software?

System Specs: i7-4770K @ 4.4 GHz 16GB Corsair Ram @ 2000MHz Asus GTX 670 DC2T
