Random Computer showing on Network - Windows 8.1

I've been getting a random computer that shows up on my network, under my computer, under network.

It is an HP Envy 17, for what I've been assuming the name shows up as.

No one in my family owns an HP Envy.

I've been exploring different ways to try to block it but to no avail. I'm using the ATT router, I believe the NVG589.

Thanks

Check the router logs, find the HP MAC address, black list it. And change your damn password. Also, make sure the encryption is either WPA or WPA2 AES or both.
