As you can see am planing on using Cooler Master R4's fans because they have high air flow, are quiet, and have 50,000 hour life spans and I'm getting a lot of them, Because I will be OC'ing and want good cooling and yes I know the case I picked comes with fans, however multiple reviewers on Newegg have said the fans that come with my case I have chosen are pretty crappy and don't last long. However 2 thing I dont is is if the R4's will fit the hyper T4 CPU Cooler because the 32 decibels on the stock fan doesn't appeal to me and want to replace it with an R4 and have a push-pull configuration. And if the cable is long enough on the R4 to use it as an intake fan with the mobo and case I have picked.

I've already started this build by purchasing SSHD when it was on sale at Memory Express and using my $50 gift card I can't wait to get the rest of it and start building! And then gaming and recording!

For overclocking a dual core Pentium, 2 case fans and a nice aftermarket air CPU cooler should be absolutely fine.

I'd personally get an i3 on that budget

Didn't see you were from the mapleland of Canadia

Ya.. Getting gaming PC parts in Canada right now is a bitch, damn low oil prices and I'm in the oil province as well xD.

However still didn't answer my question.
