Razer Blackwidow issues when waking up

So, I've had the Razer Blackwidow for over a year now (yes, yes, it's not the best but I got it in a sale) and every time I go to wake up my computer from sleep it keeps inputting certain characters e.g. U. This means I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to stop. I don't know why it does this but hopefully someone knows a solution? Its just a small issue but over time can be realllyyyy annoying.

Its called Ghosting, it might be time to look into replacing the keyboard or just the switches

Surely it can't be anything wrong with the switches if it solves it by just taking it out and putting it back in?

Not the software, I have the same issue with my K90 and it happens randomly and when waking up my system.
