Hi guys, obviously I have no idea how much revenue you manage to pull from your sponsors but I noticed something that happens during your WAN show which made me think sponsors may query the value of their investment.

You introduce the sponsors near the start and they get some air time (albeit very basic text ads with very little sizzle) and vocal support from you - all normal.  However, you often present live views of web sites as you talk about various things and these sites are often laden with professionally presented, brightly coloured sponsorships which, due to their sizzle, stand out, are noticeable and effectively receive free publicity via your program.

No doubt, if you want to do live broadcasts, you cannot control advertising content which appears but I just thought if there was a way you could solve this problem, you might gain further control over advertising revenue.

Anyway, I have really enjoyed your videos.  There's nothing so tech-focused on TV here in Oz so I find the discussion very interesting.  I think there's probably more you could do to turn it into a show with even more tech value but I also like the format of the "bite-size" chunks when I need to learn something specific.

God bless!

Yep. Basically but it is kinda funny. I would not pay for one. Its more of a non-serious ad spot and no one listens.

Just because you don't care, doesn't mean other others don't. Don't be a self-centered asshole. -Thank You a PSA from the people who do not say random shit on the internet.

I agree with you though no one even listens to those lame "WRINKES BE GONE!" ads and he wants to show that he doesn't support adblock. Also, he does a long air-time explaining why he supports his sponsors & what they're all about.

blackshades on
