Audio Not rendering in After Effects?

Hello, I have recently been having issues where my after effects (CS6) wont include the music from a video added or audio in the comp, any help is greatly appreciated.

as far as i know, AE isn't meant for audio editing, or at least i never used it. I suggest rendering your videopart in AE (if possible raw) , importing it in Premiere, and paste the sound under it, than rerender it
