Which mobo should i use?

Hey guys,

 

Im going to be upgrading my NAS that runs openmediavault(i like freenas better, but if i were to use it, i would get ECC ram) and i recently got a pentium g3258 and h81m-k for $75, and im either upgrading my nas with this build, or my mothers computer and using her old board, which would work and not bottleneck it, if the least powerful one is good enough, that makes my decision.
