Hello I am having issues with what build to pick from should I go for the intel build which I am currently using a i3 4130 with this

The first build will give you a better upgrade path and more performance now. The second one will do everything better other than gaming now, and probably win in gaming with DX12, but provides no upgrade path at all.

 

I can't really give you a which one is better at that price, since the 8350 is usually slightly more than a i3.

Better off on the first build and then eventually go i5

Change to an aftermarket cpu cooler to overclock. PSU is capable of supporting two cards. Large enough SSD to hold OS and your most played games. m.2/sata express (also board is nvme compatable with a bios update). So upgrade paths are there for the future.
