Corsair h110i GT help! please

While installing the Corsair h110i GT I had a problem. My motherboard was in the way of the fan close to end of the case. I removed the 140mm fan and it only has one fan on it. Is this ok? Also my case has two 200mm fans above the radiator. I have the Thermaltake Chaser MK-I. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133191. Do I need a new case or is this fine?

If there is no clearance for the Radiator+Fans, you can always install the Radiator in the front.

I was able to put the radiator and one fan on plus I have 2 200mm fans above it. Temps read 28c on the cpu.

So yea have 2 fans above it and one below it? That'll work fine then.

So yea have 2 fans above it and one below it? That'll work fine then.

Alright I can post pics if you need to see it. The heat sink on the motherboard blocked the 140mm fan on the radiator.
