about maximus ranger VII

Hello and sorry for my english it's not rly good. Today i buyed this motherboard and now i got a problem. When i puted all my parts inside and pushed start button all fans started spin to fast and i dont get any response on my monitor. After that i just bringed back all parts in  my old 81m-plus and it was working perfectly. Ou i forget to say processor is i5 4430. It should support this one. Maby someone had the same problem becouse motherboard looks fine. All lights working.
