Question about the Z87 pro

Hi i was just wondering.. I have a Corsair 400r case and i am planing on buying the Asus Z87 pro mother board and  putting in a Corsair H100i water cooler.. I was wondering if anyone knew if there would be  problems with it fitting properly  because of the  large heat sinks at the top of the board where the two fans for the H100i would be.. Any help before i buy would be  great.. And thanks in advance.
