Uh....I really hope this is an upgrade and not a scratch build..... Because that thing's not going to boot if it's the latter....

If it is the latter, may I suggest my build? If you want a longer card, you will need a CM elite 130, and micro-ATX minimum for multi-card setups

Motherboard: ASRock H81M-ITX/WIFI Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($71.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R7 260X 2GB Core Edition Video Card  ($106.10 @ Amazon)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 110 Mini ITX Tower Case  ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply  ($24.99 @ NCIX US)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)  ($87.79 @ OutletPC)
Total: $491.13
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

What are you even saying?

If this is a build without any parts you already have, try my build, if you bought those parts by themselves, it wouldn't work
