Amd fx 6300 overclock temps

Hello all sorry for if im not posting in the right topic !

I have a problem with my setup wich is 

 

• Cpu: Amd 6300 @ 4.4 ghz
• Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
• Psu:NOX Urano VX 650
• Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
• Cooler:Noctua DH-14
• VideoCard:Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost OC 1GB
• SSD:Intel 120 gb 530
• HDD:Seagate Desktop SSHD 1TB 7200RPM
• Case:Segotep Raynor Tower G1A Silver

I want to get my amd fx 6300 to 4.7 ghz but the cpu runs to hot under prime 95 ! after just 2 minutes the Cpu soket temp is 70 and core temp is 60 and i have to turn off the prime95 all that under just 1.344 volts vcore. On my case i have 4 fans , 1 intake at front , 1 outtake at back and 2 on the top of the case that blows out of the case. First i thot i apply my thermal paste wrong i redone it but still the same.Another strange thing is that those temps im geting from HWMonitor but when i look at temps @ Amd OVerdrive it says im 10 Celsius away from Thermal Margin but HWMonitor says its 70 soket / 60 core.

Before this i had a Zalman CNPS9700 NT and i was runing at 4.4 ghz under 1.28 Volts at ~63 soket  ~ 59 core. Is it that big of a diference  from 4.4 1.28 V to 4.7 1.34 ?

Any tips or sugestions ?

how many fans are attached to the heatsink?

i have the standart 2 fans that come with the dh 14 and i have the same settings as in the video. Shud it be cause the case is to small or restricts good air flow ? If i put the top 2 fans on the case to blow air from outside in the case be better? i was thinking about upgrading the case to something like nzxt s340 or zalman z11 but idk how much will that affect colling perfomance

if your going to be air cooling go for something like the cooler master haf series, your current case isnt optimized for air flow, and the s340 has a solid front which limits air flow.
