Program to install all runtimes/.net/c++ stuff?

Anyone know of a program that has all these types of installs in a program? Trying to get an exe working.

CPU -  Intel i7 4770k 4.6Ghz     Motherboard - MSI GD-65    RAM - Corsair Vengeance 16 GB     GPU - XFX 295x2    Case - NZXT H440  


Storage - 256GB OCZ Vertex 4 ssd, 1TB WD Blue 7200rpm    PSU -  EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2  Cooling - Corsair H80i     Keyboard - KGParadise v60 w/ cherry mx greens


Mouse -Theron  Sound - HyperX Cloud

There are no generic "all redist" packages that I'm aware of. a full install of all of them would be approx 60GB which is why software tends to come with the pack it needs so you only have the relevant bits. It might help if you could let us know what the exe your trying to get to work is, or any errors your getting when it fails.
