How do I get my 980 mining, and are my hash rates what I should be expecting from my 5820k?

There is a spreadsheet i made that everyone can use to put in their hashrates. Use that to see whhat kindof hashrate you should get from your cpu. For you 980 go to www.ziftrpool.io/downloads and download the latest wallet, it has gpu mining built into the wallet and also downloads the miners that you can use instead of the wallet

I opened CCMiner and it gave me this?

you have to create a batch file to open the miner, in the batch file put  ccminer -a zr5 -o <pool address:port> -u username -p password
