When should i test my build?

When should i boot it and configure the bios, install windows, etc. Is it when im done everything including cable management? Or should i do it while the pc is still open so i can check if everything is working.

You can do it whenever you want to.

 

When I was building my rig, I started it up outside the case on the mobo box to make sure it worked, then put it all in the case, cable managed, all that stuff, then installed windows.

Do it when the PC is still open, after you have done everything else (cable management etc.)
