DX Racer Chairs?

So, I was looking at the DX Racer chairs, and apart from the layout of the paneling on the chairs, what is the actual difference between the D and F chairs? And if that paneling is the only difference, does it actually affect anything. I also noticed that they're slightly different measurements, but is that the only other difference? Any help would be appreciated.
