Static for my new build

So on my new computer, my mic has a lot of static. I've tried using the Asus Realtek Audio Manager, or the "base" one, and they are both the same. On my old computer, everything seemed to be fine. What could be the problem? I'm using the mic on my old Razer Carcharias for the mic, since I got a ATH-M40x for headphones.

 

Also, when using the ASUS Realtek Audio Manager, it forces both my front and rear audio jacks in to one "setting", instead of like this. If I use the Realtek manager, how can I make it separate?

A $10 syba usb sound card should fix it.

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.
