Audio Glitching/Stuttering Need Help!

Hey, so I recently built a new PC but I kept my old Sound Blaster Z soundcard.

 

Now I'm getting these weird Ticks of noise, like a stutter in the audio. It only happens when sound is playing though. It never happened on my old computer, so I don't see why it's doing it now.

 

It's quite a big hassle to reinstall the driver and set everything up again, so I was just wondering if anyone here has had a similar problem and knows a fix or something that might cause it?
