Need help with Case & Video card issue

So i am buying a new computer (i made a differend post about suggestions) but i came to a conclusion. But currently i have an issue.

It says this on the pcpartpicker site.

 

I am using a Zotac GeForce GTX 980 AMP! with a Thermaltake Commander G41 ATX Mid Tower Case. And I'm wondering if the GPU is gonna fit in there (in the compatibility notes it says it might not).

Here is how to find out:

1. Go to the GPU manufacturer's page for the graphics card you want, and find the length of it.

2. Go to the case manufacturer's page for the case you want, and find the maximum GPU length that it supports.

 

If the maximum GPU length is greater than the length of the GPU then it will fit.

 

The case supports GPUs up to 410mm, and the GPU is 278mm, it will fit.

It will fit cards up to 410mm if you remove the drive cages adjacent to it. I think it should be fine, and it will definitely fit, you might just have to move the drive cages around.
