GTX 970 replacement fan

I have a Palit GTX970 blower style card and pretty soon after getting it I took the fan off because the noise was horrible, I knew it would be louder than my 7850 since it was a blower but I was not expecting it to be that loud. Anyway, I was wondering if there's any replacement heatsink/fans I can install on it? I was looking at the arctic GPU fans but since my case is an elite 130, I dont I have enough clearance on the side to fit any of them in. The front 120 has a rad that i used for my CPU so I cant install a GPU AIO. I've spent most of the time since i've had it with a 120mm fan ghetto-mounted to the heatsink - the temps are pretty good even with my overclock it's just a matter where I'd like to actually close my case for once.

Any ideas?

Remove the plastic on your Card, keep the heatsink only. you can put any fans on it. I suggest two 120mm with high Static pressure (NF-F12 = 2,61 mm H2O)

Yeah, that's pretty much what i've done - sorry if it wasn't clear; but due to my case - can't close my lid if i do that. Do you know if i'd be able to buy a reference cooler or another cooler?
