Separate pc for streaming. CPU question.

So i got a spare psu, i5 2500k , r9 270x and i all so have avermedia capture card but my main rig wont be able to output 1080p 30fps streaming due too high cpu usage. So im planning on building separate streaming (low setting gaming pc when im not using it on streaming) rig including these parts. But before i start on looking for rest of the parts i would like to hear your thoughts on the i5 2500k with abit of OC is it going to be able to handle the loads that 1080p 30fps 3500bitrate stream needs?
