I've read about ReadyBoost being used to speed up computers using Windows 7 and Vista.  I also see that it is available in Windows 8.  I am wondering if this is still useful if you have a fast computer and lots of RAM in the first place.  I have an Intel Core i7-4770 @ 3.4 GHz, 16 GB RAM, nvidia geforce gtx 750ti video card.  Would it be worth it to do this or am I wasting my time?  Could it actually slow things down?

Thanks.
