I see all sorta bad choices.

This is more along the lines of something I think would be good for you. Not only does it have better cpu and much better gpu it's also got headroom for more stuff in the budget.

Yeah it would definitely be more powerful in all scenarios. The OP needs to make sure he does a lot more research before this build, not to offend him but that setup is very misguided. @Jax827 keep revising and think it over and scour the internets for at least a week or two, get to know all the hardware available first.
