Everytime my computer starts up and I open google or any application the taskbar all of the icons completely freak out and google takes like 10 seconds to load. Idk if this is a driver issue or what but i can seem to find a solution

You're probably running out of ram at startup, or facing a huge CPU spike. Check your taskmanager if at all possible while it happens

My cpu goes to 90% load when i launch google and then back down to 10% LOL

Its all looks these days
