Hey guys I'm looking at H97 boards just wondering if AI Suite is actually that helpful, and justifies the price of 117 for the PRO GAMER, compared to the one I was orginally getting Asrock H97M,

I use AI Suite a lot to configure fan curves and you can tweak overclocks (at least in the Z97 boards).  

Some people hate it, some people find it useful.  Personally I find it useful.
