Game not Opening. O.o

Hey Guys! So I used to play T.E.C 3001 and then I got botred and left it. But now again I want to play ut. But the hell is wrong with the game! It doesn't start! I just get the menu screen. (The screen in which we select RUN or whatever it is). 

Even if I click RUN, nothing happens. Other stuff such as settings and all work. 

 

Anyone facing this? I have reinstalled it. No changes :(
