nexus file location help

ok so i updated nexus mod manager and i have a real major problem

 

it shows that all my mods uninstalled when i updated, i was surprised but i was like ok but anyway to test i went into my fallout game and well all the mods are still installed, what the hell is going on

Yeah it does that, if i recall the only way to fix it is to go through each mod individually and reinstall them. I guess it really isn't needed for nexus to show them installed as long as you don't want to remove them which can be done by removing the esm file.
