Mini cheap webserver build

Hey, some time ago i made a post if i should by an raspberry pi 2 or an second hand atom 330 with 2 gb of ram evryone said go for the atom so i think i will

but i want to ask you is this a good little webserver plan?

 

intel atom 330 board for 40 euro incl a 90 watt pico psu

 

ubuntu server with apache2

 

cardboard box as a case hahaha going for the cheap here

 

2 gb of salvaged ram

 

fire optic connection

 

what do you think?

Looks pretty decent, Low wattage and everything, You could probably have it in a closet and forget where it is.
