1. Budget & Location
Budget: Around 1200, i still have a couple things from my current PC that i would be using.
Location: Merica

2. Aim
This will be for mostly gaming, although i did want to know my options for streaming games on twitch also. I play everything, League of Legends, Skyrim, Rust, CSGO, Civ5, everything.

3. Monitors
Currently 2 monitors, plan on getting a 3rd. But gaming would only be on 1 monitor. 1080p gaming, 4k if that is an option, if it isn't for this budget how much more would i need to spend?

4. Peripherals
Ive got Windows 8.1(soon to be windows 10), mouse, keyboard, and everything else that i need.

5. Why are you upgrading?
I am upgrading from
i3 520
eVGA P55v
GTX 460
8GB Ram
And here is what i would be using again
Brand New Corsair CX750M
Corsair Carbide 300R
250GB SSD
Few TBs of storage

Don't combine a water cooler with a locked cpu. Either get an unlocked cpu or use the stock cooler or something like a 212 evo

G3258 @ 4.5 | 8GB Team Vulcan RAM | 128GB Kingston V300 SSD (I didn't know what I was doing when I bought it) | MSI H81I Motherboard | Corsair H55 with Noctua NF-P12 | EVGA SSC GTX 960 4GB | OCZ 550W Fully Modular PSU with Noctua NF-A14 | Cooler Master Elite 130 (Soon to be something cool)

Very similar to first build. But an unlocked processor to allow for overclocking - the cpu is only a few dollars more. A different motherboard, one that supports SLI. The reasoning is that a single GTX 970 will meet current needs and a second one can be added to handle higher resolutions.

It's alright but for gaming the zeon dosen't excel and 1 decent graphics card tends to perform better than 2 really crappy low end ones

No real reason why i preferNvidia anymore i know that AMD has stepped up lately, i probably would get a AMD if it is going to make a difference.

As for the Cooler, i actually did mean to pick a unlocked ill fix that.

Looking the builds posted, is it not worth it to get 6 core right now? And 2 R7 260X would be better then 1 GTX 970? Even factoring in later buying another one. I know you can't future proof, but i know that when the graphics card starts to become dated adding a 2nd GTX 970 which will have dropped in price by then i assume would help out. Remember my budget is 1200 and i could probably go to like 1600 if it is going to be worth it.

Edit: Also, i already have the storage drives Case and PSU, so this is more of a upgrade instead of a new build.

I don't need the 500gb drive, and i'm not sure about the Xeon, i don't know much about them, but i know that everyone is buying i5 or i7 for gaming rigs, i think those are more for like workstations?

You need to update the links in your post with new permalinks - they change when a configuration changes.

Xeon are intended for workstations and servers. However, they share the same basic Haswell architecture and in some builds are a better choice because of their picing. They are no more nor less suitable for gaming than i5 and i7. They have the advantage of hyperthreading at a cost somewhere between i5 and i7.

This build is completely irrelevant and I would suggest ignoring most of the comments made from this user.

Also this person doesn't seem to listen to understand that your budget is $1200 on top of the parts you already have.

I will put together a build suitable for your needs and budget shortly here... but seriously do not listen to this guy.
