What is needed for streaming?

OS doesn't matter in internet speed. And thats fine. You can do pretty much anything with that upload.

AuickSync is Intels technology which allows you to use internal GPU (the one with CPU) as extra core just for encoding video. OBS uses it. Here's LTT video about it

It's a shame APUs don't have that. If you have an APU but added a graphics card later the iGPU could come in handy for doing that... ah well...

Intel QuickSync and willingness to take a hit in performance.

Anyone who has a sister hates the fact that his sister isn't Kasugano Sora.
Anyone who does not have a sister hates the fact that Kasugano Sora isn't his sister.
I'm not insulting anyone; I'm just being condescending. There is a difference, you see...

One rule of thumb is think about how serious you're going to be with it and remember that don't blow all your money on high priced equipment. See how it goes then upgrade to a better mic webcam etc. You will always benefit from a good over rig, but spending a lot of cash on peripherals like a desktop mic when you can just use a headset isn't wise. Considering you're just starting out presumable, be weary. I think linus mentioned it before as well. Don't go out buying a 4k camera because you want to do something like stream or youtube. If it doesn't go well you lose out.
