Yup

You can use PWM fan splitter cables then.

Case fans don't use a lot of power. How many are you trying to connect ? And are they 3 pin or 4 pin ?

 

You can use splitter cables to run multiple fans off one header.

I'm trying to run at least 3 Noctua NF-F12s and I heard somewhere that the max supported fans was 3? But I'm not sure if I might want more because I'm running a Noctua NH-D15 in a Corsair C70 case and I was thinking with the dual fan heatstack I'd get better cooling if I also have one fan intaking from the top front intake to provide some cool air for the first heatsink fan sitting over the ram?

Thanks a lot and do you know if you can change the fan speed on those without a fan controller?

You don't need a fan controller for 4 pin PWM fans as the motherboard can automatically control the speed. So if your pc is running idle (Internet browsing etc) then the fans will run slow. If you start to work the pc (Gaming etc) then the speed will adjust to suit.
