Mouse catching on vertical plane

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me, i use a MadCatz M.M.O.7, and normally everything is fine, however, occasionally it sticks on the vertical plane (can only move up and down), and i am unable to do anything about it, it usally lasts about 10 seconds at a time, while that doesn't seem long, as a gamer, it feels 1000 times longer when i'm in-game.

Has anyone else experienced this? and if so, does anyone know how to fix this issue?

sound like a bad censer a common thing with Mad Catz mice

It's a known issue with R.A.T products. I'm surprised they still haven't fixed it. I had that issue with the R.A.T.7 contagion every so often when I was using it. If it's still under warranty, try contacting Customer Support and see if they'll exchange it for you?
