Well, when you fix one issue it's never too long before another arises, and it appears I'm back.

Components:

i7 3770k (stock)
ASUS Sabertooth z77
Crossfire'd reference MSi r9 290's
EVGA Supernova G2 80+ Gold 1000w
8 Gigabytes of ram.

Issue: Blue screens.

Error code: 0x0000003B (0x00000000C0000005, 0xFFFFF8000308C194, 0xFFFFF88008BD7DE0, 0x0000000000000000)

Dump file: https://onedrive.live.com/?cid=31142F8910D22C39&id=3114...

They're very inconsistent as well, I've gotten them shortly after booting, as well as going hours without an issue. It only happens in .exe's (games) however. NOT on desktop.

So ehhh. After everything I've done, what could possibly the issue?

My BIOS is up to date, I've ran memtest86 with no issues, both of my cards work fine, etc.

@Vobruh Doing a bit of googling it appears as though that BSOD error code most often refers to old/outdated/bad drivers.

If you are mainly experiencing issues when loading games, I would run DisplayDriverUninstaller in safemode and then install your GPU drivers fresh. Probably wouldn't hurt to make sure all your mobo drivers are up to date as well

Sorry for the late reply, I had saw your response, but was busy searching through various threads on various forums of people who have had the same issue that I'm having. When I get home I plan on dl'ing WhoCrashed and inspecting my .dmp. I'm fairly certain that the faulty module is atikmdag.sys. As I doubt any of my components are faulty, and I only get the issue with crossfire while in 3d apps (games) When I get home I'm going to run ddu & manually delete atikmdag.sys + the amd/ati registry keys + anything amd/ati that ddu didn't quite catch. If atikmdag.sys is the faulty module, then I'm going to delete it, as it's not uninstalled by ddu because it's contained under system32, and it's not replaced/updated when installing a fresh copy of the catalyst drivers. Then I'm going to install the latest catalyst drivers with only one card in the system (to lessen the chances of instability) I could do all of this in normal mode, but because I'm deleting an ati display driver I'm wary to do so, so I will do everything in safe mode.

Edit: I forgot to mention that all of my mobo drivers are up to date. I checked about 2 weeks ago and nothing has changed, and given the fact that I'm running a z77 chipset board it's unlikely that it's still getting updates, but yeah everything is up to date :)

Edit 2: I forgot to mention that if I do delete atikmdag.sys, installing a fresh batch of amd drivers should replenish it.
