Will this fan controller work for me?

So I need a fan controller for my new build, just so the OEM fans in the case and the one Spectre I had for it don't get noisy when they don't need to be, I just want to undervolt them to the point where they aren't all super annoying to hear, but still give me good preformance. Of course I'll turn them on full tilt when I need to.

 

My question is with this Fan controller here: http://www.xoxide.com/phobya-4-control-fan-controller.html

 

Can I use 2 splitters and run 4 fans to 2 header without undervolting the fans by a lot? That way I can crank them up when BF4 comes out ;) Then I'll just connect 2 more fans to the last 2 headers. But I'd really like to control my 2 front intake fans together and my 2 bottom intake fans together as well.  Then the one blowing inside and the rear exhaust seperately.

 

Thanks for the help, IF that one doesn't work, any > 30 dollar CAD reccomendations for fan controllers with 4 headers I can use? In black. (All my fans are 3 pin, non are PWM)

Well it looks like it will do the job, that fan controller is ugly as hell though.
