Can you run it? ( Problem )

So I just tested my pc on Can you run it for Far Cry 3 ( http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/Far-Cry-3/11465/?p=a ). It says I cannot run it on the lowest settings, I don't know if this is correct or it's a bug. Would I be able to run it?

Oh, the dual core might struggle a bit if you have background apps running.

 

E: You've got pretty much the exact same setup as I had half a year ago. I don't think you'll be hitting 60FPS all the time even on low settings because Far Cry 3 is even eating through my 4690k @ 4.5 GHz with ease.

You'll be able to run it. IMO systemrequirementslab is full of BS. I've never heard someone get an accurate gauge from the site.
