Hey so I set out to make a budget build but it had to have these parts in it:

Intel Quad Core CPU ( Need to be able to play ARMA 3 and I have heard AMD is horrible with ARMA)
Able to house a 1080P Capable Graphic Card (Dual Slot Graphics Card)
Micro ATX or Mini ITX form factor (Needed it to be small for transportation purposes)

This is the absolute cheapest I could come up (in AUD$ that is) with:

Are there any ways I could make this build cheaper or have I basically got the lowest price for this?
Also list anything wrong with the build like not enough power connectors, power supply not enough just compatibility with the whole system.
Thanks in advance  :D

Depending where you live in relation to the stores, I recommend ordering as much as you can from the same retailer.  I found that when ordering for my build it was cheaper to order from one location as shipping can range up to $80 or possibly higher in some cases, which was more than what I would have been saving on the price of the individual components.  This was particularly in relation to CPL Online.  Whilst CPL may be cheaper in many cases, it has some pretty expensive quoted shipping rates in comparison to PCCG, etc. I recommend checking how much you're actually saving by ordering from them + shipping costs.  I ended up ordering the majority of the components from MWave as they had a free shipping offer going at the time, whilst ordering my PSU from PCCG as the shipping was considerably less than CPL Online.

In regards to what you have yet to purchase, I don't really see anything that could be swapped out for something cheaper, however I should note I don't really have much knowledge of components in this price range.  Hopefully someone else can provide a better answer on the compatibility of your components.

@satanisahippy,

The cpu is Haswell Refresh. Likely the motherboard will require a BIOS update before the cpu can be used. It would be better to get an H97 or Z97 motherboard.

The memory kit timings are sub-optimal.

A modular psu makes building easier and results is tidier builds, especially in smaller cases where masses of cables can interrupt air flow.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
